Saf completed a degree in economics which provided a solid foundation in financial services, and he was driven to find a career where he could make a real difference.

Saf has spent nearly a decade gaining experience in the profession and attaining key qualifications to reach Regulated Independent Financial Adviser status, and he is currently working towards becoming Chartered.

The proudest moment of my career was:

Seeing the relief on her face when she realised she had a clear path forward and that I was on hand to help review and monitor this with her was incredibly rewarding, and it has made a real difference to her future."

It’s incredibly rewarding to see clients achieve key milestones, whether that’s buying their first home, paying off a mortgage earlier than expected, retiring on their own terms, or successfully selling a business as part of our long-term planning.

Making a real difference: What I love most is helping clients feel more confident and secure about their financial future. Knowing that someone has greater peace of mind, less stress, and the reassurance that their future is in safe hands is the most rewarding part of my work."

Saf at home

Saf loves nothing more than spending time with his wife and their toddler son, Ibrahim. He enjoys catching up with friends and family throughout the week; it helps him to relax and recharge.

Not just a planner at work, in his free time, Saf plans family trips, which are becoming increasingly child-centred. He goes to the gym a few times a week to stay fit and has recently caught the bug for playing padel.

Saf listens to podcasts while tackling chores or running errands. He finds it’s a simple way to stay curious, keep learning, and gain new perspectives that he can apply both personally and professionally.

He’s also passionate about cars, whether he’s cleaning and tinkering, or finding the perfect country road for a relaxing drive – which tends to finish with lunch with a view.

As a Formula 1 fan, he’s eagerly hoping to see Lewis Hamilton secure a record-breaking 8th world title, and one of his personal goals is to visit all the racetracks on the calendar over the coming years.
